Guidelines for oral and poster presentation

Poster session will be held on August 28th and the oral presentation is scheduled for August 29th, as detailed in the program.

Posters should be prepared using A1 format in a portrait orientation and the template available here. The use of small fonts is not recommended. It is not necessary to include the poster in the CMT system.

The oral presentation is going to be performed in a fast forward session. Every author will have 5 minutes to present the proposed project and the results obtained so far. Please, submit your presentation using the CMT system before August 20th.

Call for Works in Progress

The Workshop of Works in Progress (WiP) provides a forum for discussing ongoing research, development projects, issues on transferring research to industrial applications and general technical information in all areas of Computer Graphics, Image Processing and Computer Vision. Graduate students are encouraged to submit their research projects. Accepted papers will be presented in poster and fast forward sessions.

Important Dates:

  • Paper submission deadline: May 15th, 2015 June 5th, 2015
  • Notification of acceptance: June 23th, 2015
  • Camera ready: June 29th, 2015

Selection criteria:

The WiP program committee will evaluate the submitted works considering the following criteria: technical quality, contribution to the research or industrial area, and clarity of presentation. Each submission will be reviewed by two referees.

Instruction to the authors:

Papers must be no longer than 4 pages, including all figures and references. All submissions must be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and must comply with the IEEE 2-column Sibgrapi 2015 conference format for full papers. In particular:
